Sec. 2-171. - Enactment clause.#
The enacting style of all ordinances shall be, "It is ordained by the Town Council of the Town of Hopkinton as follows:".

Sec. 2-172. - Publication.#
The town clerk shall print copies of each ordinance enacted by the town council and make copies thereof available at the office of the town clerk and shall cause written notice thereof to be published in a newspaper of general circulation within the same town once within two (2) weeks after the enactment of the same.

Sec. 2-173. - Amendments to town ordinances.#
All ordinances in amendment of or in addition to any chapter of the town ordinances shall contain in the title thereof a reference to the number and title of the chapter of which the same is in amendment or addition.
