Sec. 12-6. - Failure to exhibit license.

Any person who shall neglect or refuse for the space of ten (10) minutes after demand by any police constable to exhibit to him his license shall be deemed for the purpose of this chapter to be unlicensed and to have violated the provisions of this chapter.
