Sec. 10-1. - Littering.#
No person shall throw, deposit or leave upon the public streets, ways, sidewalks or shall throw or dump into stream or river within sight of a public highway any filth, offal, papers, food, particles, glass, bottles, cans or other rubbish or any animal or vegetable matter.
