Sec. 1-16. - Recovery of fines and penalties.

All fines and penalties for the violation of this Code or other town ordinances, rules or regulations shall be recoverable by complaint and warrant, or other appropriate legal process, and when recovered shall inure to the use of the town, unless otherwise provided by general law or the ordinance respecting the same.
