Sec. 38. - Same—Tax exemptions to schools, academy, etc.

Acts 1952, page 144, chapter 2921: An Act authorizing and empowering the town council of the Town of East Providence to exempt from taxation previously assessed or to be assessed any and all land, buildings and personal property owned by and used for a school, academy or seminary or incidental thereto in said town.
