Sec. 13. - Housing—Adoption of state law relative to housing authority.

Acts 1949, page 345, chapter 2260: An Act providing that the provisions of chapter 344 of the General Laws, entitled "The housing authority, its powers and duties, and the issuance of bonds by such authority," as amended, shall apply to the Town of East Providence.
