Sec. 11. - Same—Authority of city to regulate.

Acts 1962, page 955, chapter 236: An Act in amendment of the General Laws of Rhode Island, title 46, chapter 4, establishing the East Providence harbor lines and jurisdiction of same, granting additional authority to the city council of East Providence to regulate by ordinance, speed, management and control of all vessels, issuance of permits, assignment of mooring and anchorage berths and establishing fees for same within its water and harbors.
