Sec. 8-394. - Equipment for removal of contents.

(a)

All tanks, tank wagons, tubs or barrels must be kept airtight and free from leakage, and all apparatus used in the business described in section 8-391 must be kept clean, must have the name of licensee upon it in plain letters and must be approved by the state department of environmental management.

(b)

No wagon tank, tub or other apparatus shall be allowed to stand in the street, except when in use.
