Sec. 8-37. - Hotel, motel, boardinghouse or catering establishment—Application; approval.

No person shall engage in the business of operating a hotel, motel, boardinghouse or catering establishment without first obtaining a license from city clerk, after approval of the chief of police, the building inspector and the mayor.
