(a)

All holders of licenses to sell alcoholic beverages shall keep their premises closed during the hours prescribed and the time limits established by state law pertaining to such matters.

(b)

All holders of retailer's licenses class A shall not dispense beverages between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
