(a)
Food for birds that is in a feeder located within 100 feet of the resident of the person establishing the feeder and elevated to be inaccessible to coyotes and other non-domesticated animals.
(b)
Any lawful trapping by a property owner, licensed nuisance wildlife control specialist (NWCS), animal control officer or RI DEM official or other purpose approved by the animal control officer.
