Sec. 2-207. - Created.#

There is hereby created a department of information technology which shall be headed by the director of information technology.

Sec. 2-208. - Duties of the director of information technology.#

(a)

The director of the department of information technology shall direct and supervise all of its administrative and technical activities. The director shall be appointed by the mayor and shall be subject to removal by the mayor.

(b)

The director shall have such additional duties as shall be established by the mayor or provided for in this chapter.

(c)

The further organization of the department shall be determined by the mayor or may be provided for in this chapter.
