Sec. 18-33. - Duties and responsibilities.

It shall be the duty and responsibility of the committee on highway safety to carry out the provisions of the Highway Safety Act of 1966 as follows: (1)

To plan the upgrading of highway safety programs;

(2)

To determine priorities;

(3)

To report their recommendations and suggestions to the city council.
