Sec. 17-102. - Classification of permits.

There are two classes of building sewer permits: (1)

Class A permits which shall authorize the connection of residential buildings to the public sewer; and

(2)

Class B permits which shall authorize the connection of all establishments producing commercial and industrial wastes to the public sewer.
