Sec. 14-53. - City forester—Appointment; qualifications.

The city forester shall be recommended by the director of parks and recreation, approved and appointed by the mayor. The city forester shall be a person holding at least a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in arboriculture or a related field or the equivalent in training or experience.
