Sec. 13-178. - Non-transferability of facility permits.

(a)

No person or entity shall transfer or assign a facility permit granted by the recreation or parks division pursuant to their rules and regulations.

(b)

Any person or entity who violates the provisions of this section shall be fined by the director of recreation in the following manner:

(1)

First offense .....$200.00

(2)

Second offense .....$350.00

(3)

Third offense .....$500.00 and the revocation of any and all permits issued for the remainder of the current season.

(c)

All violations will be prosecuted in East Providence Municipal Court.
