Sec. 30-42. - Tampering with or removing containers.

No person shall in any manner remove, move, remove from or tamper with any rubbish or recycling container, whether full or empty. Violators of this section may be subject to a $250.00 fine from the director of public works and/or all applicable criminal penalties.
