Sec. 12-420. - License application; term.

Application for a license shall be submitted to the board of license commissioners together with an application fee of $100.00. A tobacco dealer's license shall be effective through the thirtieth day of November of the calendar year for which it is issued. No license shall be granted without proof that the applicant has obtained all necessary state licenses for the sale of tobacco products.
