Sec. 12-7. - Business licenses, nuisance.

Any business license issued under this chapter may be revoked or suspended by the city council sitting as the board of license commissioners, for violations described in sections 12-4 and 12-6, for cause shown after a hearing of which the holder of the license receives notice and the opportunity to be heard.
