Sec. 12-29. - Automotive repair permit.

There shall be established in the city an automotive repair permit for the operation of any business related to automobile service stations, garage repair shop, lubrication shop, transmission shop, muffler and brake service, automobile upholstery shop, excluding automobile auto body shops.
