Said ordinance repealed the former App. A, §§ 100—106, 200—211, 300—304, 400—402, 500—514, 600—604, 700—710, 800—803, 900—913, 1000, and App. A, §§ 1.0—8.0, and enacted a new App. A as set out herein.
