All materials published and circulated by the city shall be made available and accessible in any language upon the reasonable request of a resident.

Sec. 9-104. - Equity in engagement.#
The city is committed to the active pursuit of equity in all areas of city life, including but not limited to education, housing, employment, healthcare, public safety, and community engagement. City budgeting and resource allocation processes shall be transparent and inclusive, allowing for community input to help guide decisions that impact the allocation of resources. The city shall develop and implement policies that actively promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the city government and throughout the community, and shall enact measures to address systemic discrimination and promote equal access to services and opportunities for all residents.
