Sec. 7-6. - Riding, propelling, moving or trundling upon sidewalk or footwalk.

No person shall ride, propel, move or trundle any bicycle upon any sidewalk or public footwalk in the business district of the town, unless it is for the purpose of necessarily crossing such district.
