Sec. 7-2. - Application of general traffic laws.

Every person propelling a bicycle on any public highway or in any public park, square, street, lane or alley in the town shall have, except as provided in this chapter, the same rights and be subject to the same restrictions and duties as provided with regard to the use of other vehicles as set forth in chapter 16 of this Code.
