9.80.090 - Fees and charges.

All related fees and charges associated with, or as referenced or determined by, this chapter shall be established by resolution of the city council, which may be amended from time to time. City council is further authorized to periodically review city contracts with towing companies to propose adjusting and amending towing fee amounts.
