9.50.100 - Seizing of bicycle, skateboard, rollerblades, roller skates or coaster device.

Whenever a law enforcement officer or city staff member has probable cause to believe a skateboard, bicycle, rollerblades or coaster device was used or is being used in violation of any provision of this chapter, the law enforcement officer or city staff member may seize the skateboard, bicycle, rollerblades or coaster device. The bicycle, skateboard, rollerblades, roller skates or coaster device will be maintained in a safe place and released to the parent or guardian of the violator.
