9.50.030 - City council's authority to prohibit the use of bicycles, skateboards, rollerblades, roller skates or coaster devices.

The city council may by resolution prohibit bicycling, skateboarding, rollerblading, roller skating, or the use of other coaster devices on public streets, sidewalks, parking lots and other public property when it is determined to be necessary to protect the health, safety, and welfare of pedestrians, motorists or persons operating said skateboards on said streets and sidewalks.
