9.36.020 - Exposure by waiters, waitresses and entertainers prohibited.

No person, while acting as a waiter, waitress or entertainer in a business or commercial establishment which serves food, alcoholic beverages, or both for on-premise consumption, shall expose any specified anatomical area, as defined in Chapter 5.58, Section 5.58.020(20).
