9.16.041 - Further exceptions.

The text
Nothing in this chapter shall be deemed to prohibit any person of the age of eighteen years or older from firing, discharging, shooting, or operating any article mentioned in Section 9.16.030 when the person is engaged in hunting any wild game or predatory bird or animal which may be lawfully hunted and killed in the city, or is lawfully engaged in shooting at any inanimate target, or trapshooting device.
