6.16.020 - Prohibition.

The text
(a)
No person holding an exclusive franchise from the city to provide solid waste hauling services in the city shall dispose of, or tender for disposal, any solid waste at a solid waste disposal facility which is under the ownership or control of the person who owns or controls that solid waste hauling service.
(b)
No person carrying on the business of a solid waste disposal facility shall dispose of, or receive for disposal, any solid waste from a solid waste hauling service holding such an exclusive franchise which is under the ownership or control of the person which owns or controls that solid waste disposal facility.
