6.06.120 - Placement of containers—Commercial.

The text
Refuse containers servicing businesses shall be placed and maintained as follows: (1)
Be kept on private property in accordance with the provisions of this code, except:
a.
When placed at authorized locations for collection; or
b.
When otherwise directed by the city or licensed hauler.
(2)
Not impede the flow of traffic; and
(3)
Not reduce the required number parking spaces for the business.
