The use of any mechanical or electrical apparatus or other device so as to gain any advantage, or to gain information that would enable a player or dealer to deceive others is prohibited. Such devices include, but are not limited to, hold-outs, table bugs, shiners, transmitters, receivers, punches, chemical solutions, shading, roughing fluids, inks or dyes.
