(a)
The conduct of tournaments shall be permitted for those games otherwise permitted by this chapter and for no others provided that the time and any special rules be submitted to the city manager or his/her designee prior to the start of the tournament.
(b)
Nothing contained in the permission granted to a licensee to engage in tournament activities shall permit or be construed to permit a violation of any other section or provisions of this chapter.
(c)
Collection of the buy-in/seed moneys and registration fees for any tournament shall not be considered as revenue pursuant to Section 5.48.100.
