Hotel health spas shall comply with all requirements set forth in this chapter, except as provided in this section. (1)
Hours of Operation. A hotel health spa shall operate between the hours of eight a.m. and twelve midnight. The hours of operation shall be placed in a conspicuous place in the lobby within the massage establishment clearly visible from the outside of the massage establishment.
(2)
A hotel health spa shall not be required to comply with Section 5.09.200(3)(K) of this chapter except that hotel health spa shall cover the entire entrance to any cubicle, room, booth, or other area where massages are administered with a curtain or door constructed of clear or semitransparent glass.
