5.09.210 - Register and permit—Number of employees.

The operator, owner or responsible managing agent of a massage establishment shall maintain a complete and current register of the names, residence addresses, and permit numbers (if applicable) of all massage technicians and persons employed on the premises and the name and residence address of the manager or managing employee principally in charge of the operation of the massage establishment. Such register shall be kept on the premises of the massage establishment and shall be available for inspection during regular business hours by any police officer or health officer or other official charged with enforcement of this chapter.
