3.26.160 - Effective date and submission to voters.

This chapter relates to the levying and collecting of city transactions and use taxes and shall take effect immediately. However, no tax imposed by this chapter shall be effective unless that tax has been approved by the voters of the city, at an election held on November 3, 2020, as required by Section 2(b) of Article XIIIC of the California Constitution and applicable law.
