The text

(a)

There is created the office of director of emergency services. The city administrator shall be director of emergency services.

(b)

There is created the office of assistant director of emergency services, who shall be appointed by the director.

(c)

There is created the office of emergency services coordinator who shall be appointed by and be under the supervision of the assistant director.
