No person shall utilize any reproduction of the city seal, or the city logo, or of any other seals, emblems or emblem seals adopted pursuant to Section 2.09.010, in such a manner as to cause persons of reasonable perception and intelligence to believe that the document upon which such reproduction appears is an official city document or represents the position of, or a publication of, the city.
