1.13.070 - Satisfaction of administrative citation.

Upon receipt of an administrative citation, the responsible person shall do the following: (1)

Correct the violation by the correction date on the administrative citations; and

(2)

Pay the specified fine to the city within twenty-one calendar days from the date the administrative citation is served. All fines assessed shall be payable to the City of Commerce. Payment of fine shall not excuse or discharge the failure to the correct the violation(s) not shall it bar further enforcement action by the city; or

(3)

Contest the administrative citation by requesting as administrative hearing within twenty-one calendar days from the date the administrative citation is served.
