Development standards for the commercial (C-2) zone shall be as set forth in Table 19.09.030A.

1. Minimum Lot Area 15,000 sf
2. Maximum Building Height
Within 500 ft. of residential zone 50 ft.
2 stories maximum
3. Front Yard Setback (Minimum)
Adjoining residential zone Not less than required front yard setback of adjoining residential zone
Adjoining park or school
Not less than required front yard setback of such adjoining use
All other uses 5 ft.
4. Side Yard Setback (Minimum)
• Adjoining street or residential zone
10 ft.
• Reverse corner lot
Same as adjoining front yard
• All other uses 0 ft.
5. Rear Yard Setback (Minimum)
• Adjoining residential zone
10 ft.
• All other uses
6. Lot Coverage (Maximum) 50%
7. Floor Area Ratio (Maximum) 0.5:1
