Section 88 of Los Angeles County Ordinance 4478 is amended to read as follows: "Section 88. FEES. Where a tentative map is submitted to the City for Planning Commission consideration, the subdivider shall reimburse the City for costs incidental to engineering review and reports on the tentative map. Such costs shall be paid prior to Commission consideration of the map."
