13.16.140 - Common service for separate properties—Reselling water.

The text
(a)
No water shall be served through a common service to two or more separate parcels of property, unless by written consent of the city, and then only upon the terms and conditions set forth in the written consent.
(b)
No consumer may resell water without prior approval of the city. Water used by any consumer shall be restricted to that use and to that area specified in the application for service installation.
