Reimbursement maps are those maps on file with the county of Los Angeles, and the city of Commerce, designating the exterior boundaries of reimbursement districts and reflecting the reimbursement fees chargeable to included territory as a condition of utilization of the sewer facilities for which county of Los Angeles funds were expended.
