10.52.030 - Signs.

There shall be erected and maintained, appropriate signs within the city designating the gross weight limit for all vehicles on the city's streets, other than the above designated heavy truck routes. The city may likewise erect and maintain, by and at the expense of the city, appropriate signs within the city, posting and designating the streets hereinabove designated as heavy truck routes. The city council hereby determines that placing appropriate signs on the streets, which are subject to the maximum gross weight limit, will best serve to give notice of the provisions of this chapter.
