10.36.050 - Riding, driving on sidewalk.

The text
No person shall ride, drive, propel, or cause to be propelled any vehicle or animal across or upon any sidewalk. A utility company shall first secure a city-issued permit to access sidewalks for repairs. This provision shall not apply to city, law enforcement, and/or emergency response vehicles.
