10.20.110 - Obedience to barriers, and prohibition from installing barriers.

The text
No person, public utility or any entity in the city shall disobey the instructions or remove, tamper with or destroy any barriers or sign lawfully placed on any street. Furthermore, no person or entity shall install any barrier or sign without a permit authorizing said action.
