10.20.070 - Removal, relocation, discontinuance of traffic control devices and roadway markings—Authority.

The city administrator, or director, or their respective designees, are hereby authorized to remove, relocate or discontinue the operation of any traffic control device not specifically required by the vehicle code, the CAMUTCD or this title whenever, in a particular case, the conditions which warranted or required the installation no longer exist or obtain.
