10.20.030 - Obedience.

All persons, pedestrians, and all operators of any bicycle, vehicle or train shall obey the instructions of any official traffic control device, traffic control signal, markings, barriers, or barricades, placed in accordance with the vehicle code, the CAMUTCD, and this title, unless otherwise directed by a law enforcement officer or other authorized person as designated in this Title, subject to the exceptions granted by the vehicle code, the CAMUTCD, this title, and this code.
