10.04.270 - Traffic control signal.

The text
"Traffic control signal" means any device, whether manually, electrically or mechanically operated, by which traffic is alternately directed to stop and proceed and which is erected by authority of the city, Los Angeles County, or the California Department of Transportation (hereinafter, "CalTrans").
