THIS REFERRAL IS FOR CIVIL ACTION FOR FAILURE TO FILE A CLOSURE PLAN & SUBSEQUENT FILING OF A FALSE CLOSURE PLAN. DU PONT HAS AGREED TO PAY A CIVIL PENALTY OF $90,000 IN SAT- ISFACTION OF ALL CHARGES AGAINST IT IN CONNECTION W/THIS MATTER.
